Managing Users and Invites

Managing users and their access is crucial for maintaining security and efficiency in your LoveInvoice business. This guide explains how to remove users and manage pending invitations.

Removing a User

To remove a user from your LoveInvoice business, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users & Permissions section in your dashboard.
  2. Find the user you want to remove in the list.
  3. Click the Remove User button next to their name.
  4. Confirm the removal in the popup dialog.
  5. The user will be immediately removed from your business, and they will no longer have access to any data or features.

Managing Pending Invitations

If a user has been invited but has not yet accepted the invitation, you can manage these pending invites easily. You'll also be able to see the person who has sent the invite, which is useful for tracking who has been invited and by whom.

To manage pending invitations:

If you have sent invitations to users who have not yet accepted, you can manage these pending invites:

  1. Go to the Users & Permissions section.
  2. Look for the View Pending Invites button.
  3. Click it to see a list of all pending invitations.
  4. To cancel an invitation, click the Revoke button next to the user’s name.
  5. Confirm the cancellation in the popup dialog.

You can also re-send an invitation if the user did not receive it or needs another reminder. Just click the Resend button next to their name.
