Signing Up​

Getting started with LoveInvoice is straightforward. Head to app.loveinvoice.com and click the sign-up button. You'll need to provide:

  • Your email address
  • A secure password
  • Your name

Once you've submitted these details, you'll receive an email verification link.

Verifying Your Email​

Before you can start using LoveInvoice, you'll need to verify your email address. Check your inbox for a verification email from us and click the link contained within. This step ensures your account security and allows us to send you important notifications about your invoices.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still can't find it? You can request a new verification link from the login screen.

Logging In​

After verifying your email, you can log in to LoveInvoice using your email address and password. If you've enabled two-factor authentication (which we recommend for added security), you'll also need to enter a code from your authenticator app.

Creating Your Business​

When you first log in, LoveInvoice will guide you through creating your business. This is a quick process that sets up your invoicing identity. You'll need to provide:

  • Your business name
  • Your business address
  • Your contact details (email and phone)
  • Your business logo (optional but recommended)

This information will appear on your invoices, so take a moment to ensure everything is correct. You can always update these details later from the settings.

Your Dashboard​

Once your business is set up, you'll land on your dashboard. This is your home base in LoveInvoice, giving you a quick overview of:

  • Outstanding invoices and payments due
  • Recent activity
  • Key financial metrics at a glance

From here, you can navigate to all the main areas of LoveInvoice.
