Managing Clients

Once you've added clients, you can view, edit, and manage them from the Clients section.

Viewing Your Clients

Navigate to the Clients section to see a list of all your clients. The list shows:

  • Client name
  • Contact email
  • Contact phone number

You can search for clients by name, email, or phone number using the search field at the top of the list. The list is paginated, showing 20 clients per page.

Viewing a Client's Details

Click on a client's name to view their full profile. This shows:

  • All the information you entered when creating the client
  • Analytics and statistics
  • Invoice history
  • Payment history
  • Notes

Editing Client Information

To update a client's details:

  1. Click on the client's name to view their profile
  2. Click "Edit Client"
  3. Make your changes in the form
  4. Click "Update Client"

Changes will be reflected immediately on all future invoices and documents. Existing invoices won't be affected - they'll retain the details from when they were created.

Deleting Clients

If you no longer need a client, you can delete them from the clients list:

  1. Find the client in the list
  2. Click the menu button (three dots) next to their name
  3. Select "Delete"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a client won't affect existing invoices that were sent to them. Those invoices will remain in your records with the client details as they were when the invoice was created.

Exporting Client Data

You can export your client list for use in other applications:

  1. Click the "Export" button above the client list
  2. Choose your preferred format (CSV or XLS)
  3. The file will download to your computer

This is useful for backups, accounting software, or other business systems.
